
Pick Up and Drop Off Instructions
Pick up time is between 2.00pm - 4:00pm only. Anything earlier than that would be determined closer to the time of pick up and is at the discretion of the Supplier. Units must be dropped off between 9:00 AM and NOON. Late returns are subject to late charges of up to $25 per hour.
Late Returns
Please Note: Arrivals that are later than 5pm will be done the next day. We do not remain open past 5pm for any late arrivals.
If the rental unit is 24 hours overdue and the renter has not contacted all about fun RV Rental, the unit will be considered stolen. The renter is required to contact All About Fun RV Rents the day before their return to request changes to the contract.
Mileage
You will receive 100 free miles per day and pay .$0.40 per mile extra for Class C units, and $0.60 per mile extra for Class A units.
If your rental averages more than 200 miles per day you will be charged a one time $75 mileage surcharge up to 300 miles per day, this will be calculated and charged on the return of your vehicle. See below matrix for details.
200-300 miles - one time charge of US$75.00
300-400 miles per day - one time charge of US$150.00
400+ miles per day - one time charge of US$400.00
Insurance
You must purchase insurance from your insurance company or the Supplier before you are allowed to depart for your travels, please have your insurance company fax us a copy of your insurance binder or ask the Supplier about theirs on the contact details provided on your confirmation invoice. If this is done prior to rental, insurance is charged by the value of your RV per day, it is only when nothing is done prior to arrival that the rate may be higher.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
Payment
An initial non refundable deposit is secured at the time of your reservation confirmation, accepted credit cards include: Visa and Mastercard only. Shortly after initial confirmation the Supplier will deduct a USD $100.00 to hold your booking for you. Please ensure that this will be deducted from your credit card. Full payment of the balance due is due two weeks prior to your departure and will be processed on your elected credit card. Accepted credit cards for final payment include: Visa, Master Card, AMX and Discover card.
Please Note: If this is a late notice rental, total amount due may be charged to card immediately. Please ensure that you have the funds ready and available on your elected credit card at this time.
Cancellation
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
Rental balance due total is due two weeks prior to departure. Any cancellation of reservation will result in the loss of your $100 supplier booking hold that was charged to your credit card shortly after reservation confirmation. Any cancellation within 4-16 days of departure will result in forfeiture of all prepaid rental fees. You may use this as a rental credit for future rentals.
Security Damage Deposit
The renter must be aware that any damages to your unit may be charged to your credit card. You must bring this card for an imprint at time of check out. $500.00 minimum refundable security deposit for all vehicles driven in the USA. Compulsory insurance liability is the first $750.00 for all vehicles except the Class A which is $1000.00 in US. Vehicles may be taken into Canada or Mexico but the Security Damage Deposit will increase to US$1500.00
The Security Damage deposit will be returned after a 14 day waiting period. This process can be sooner depending on time of year. This is due to processing paper work. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A 48 HOUR INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE AND LOST RENTED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT THE RENTER PRESENT.
Damages
If coach comes back with damages no matter how minor they will be repaired at renter's expense. We will do all that we can to keep cost down to a minimum but repairs will be made and taken out of the Security Damage Deposit. This process may take several weeks due to the coach being out on rental. If the renter chooses to have damage fixed while he/she is out on their trip it must be approved by the Supplier. Be aware that all repairs are done by an approved shop and we will be at the mercy of their shop rates.
Quick Deposit
If you would like your paper work moved to the top of the list and guaranteed 48 hour return you can pay a $25 fee to have this done.
Minimum Hire
This is generally a 3 day minimum, but up to 4- 5 day minimum for major holidays.
Breakdowns
All About Fun RV Rental is responsible for refunding for lost days due to total RV failure due to coach problems. All About Fun RV Rental is not responsible for loss of income, food or housing due to total RV failures but we will provide similar transportation to get you home. No food, housing or any other compensation will be paid to customer in the case of a total RV failure.
Generators
Due to variation in operating conditions caused by operator errors, weather conditions and internal electronics, the Supplier will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions.
PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. The Supplier will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines.
Cleaning (very important)
- Motor Home must be brought back CLEAN on the interior or cleaning charges will be taken out of your damages deposit.
interior must be wiped down, fridge cleaned, floors swept or vacumed and toilet cleaned. Bring it back just the way you received it an you will not be charged. The cleaning fee starts differ depending on the cleaning needed. Basic return cleaning is $125.00.
- You do not have to clean the exterior
- You do not have to refill the water or empty the septic holding tanks
- If fuel and propane are not refilled upon return, fees will apply. Propane can be filled at the site of drop off. Prices on propane do differ when rates changing.
Prep Fee
One time charge of $55.00 for motor home set up, some class A may be higher. Prep fee includes return exterior cleaning, final evacuation of RV, fueling and propane of RV (does not include cost of material) Water hose, sewer hose, water regulator, sewer chemicals, and a full tank of water upon departure.

Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour. Fees vary.
Airport Pick up Transfer
Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Airport pick up and return is available in San Diego Airport and Los Angeles Airport. All flight details must be provided with the reservation request. Charges are: San Diego US$175.00 and LAX US$400.00 per vehicle. Allow for up to an hour for a familiarization tour.
Towing
Towing is allowed with pre-approval. $10 PER DAY
Housekeeping Kits (optional)
House Keeping kits include bedding, linen, and stocked with kitchen supplies for up to 6 people for $150 ($10 per person over 6)
Smoking
Please be aware all Coaches are non-smoking, a $200 smoking fine will apply! Smoking with window down is not allowed and is subject to the same fine.
